- Deputy Director, IMINT Space Radar: Led interface between Space Radar Integrated Program and the NRO. Led independent technical review of multi-billion dollar satellite acquisition program.

- Position, Navigation, & Timing Division Chief: Lead final development of calendar year 2025 timeframe Position, Navigation, & Timing (PNT) Architecture that will implement the vision of “Global U.S. Leadership in PNT” as well as ensure U.S. Military global pre-eminence. - Deployed as Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO), Regimental Combat Teams 5/6 (USMC), Fallujah, Iraq leading RCT-5/6 in fielding, maintenance, training and tactical employment of ground and airborne Electronic Warfare (EW) assets as well as non-EW solutions in the Counter Improvised Explosive Device (IED) fight. Led regiment’s nine EWOs, fielding and maintaining over 2,000 countermeasure devices. Improved system hardware readiness by 38% in six weeks. Trained 10,400 Marines and reduced radio-controlled IED attacks by 85%. - Requirements Branch Chief: Initiated formation of government/contractor team in analysis and management of National Security Space requirements.

- Led two-year $90M anomaly investigation and resolution of critical part affecting six national satellite programs ($950M total impact). Awarded “Director’s Circle” award for building and leading team to a successful resolution. - Spearheaded investigation and program recovery from nearly catastrophic spacecraft handling incident avoiding $250M cost impact, and ensuring continued intelligence data flow. - Led space vehicle development, acquisition, integration, test, launch & initialization of $2B+ ACAT-I national imagery satellite system. IPT Lead – EA-6B Weapon System Support Activity; F-14 / F-4 / Tomahawk Flight Test Officer, Interim Chief Test Pilot, Weapons Test Squadron, Point Mugu, CA 1998-2001 - Led 120+ member team responsible for $60M development and testing of 36 EA-6B software and hardware projects. Led EA-6B “ICAP-III” keyboard development through PDR, CDR, and prototype development. Tested a wide variety of missiles and other systems on the F-4, F-14, and Tomahawk Cruise Missile. Conducted investigation of Class-A F-4 Phantom ground mishap, lauded by Wing Commander for depth of investigation and insightful findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
