I am blessed to have begun my career first as a recruiter in Ohio and then in Washington D.C. before being recruited myself into a private equity funded marketing startup back in Ohio where I was mentored and groomed from an entry level sales role into leadership. Those formative circumstances taught me many business principles and gave me the experience and confidence to move to California and start my own data-driven and technologically advanced marketing and communications firm right in the heart of Silicon Valley. New partnerships, a great first year in business, and the natural advantages of moving to a more central location within the U.S. led to one final move to the great state of Oklahoma! Nearly 20 years since founding the company at age 27, I proudly serve as the CEO of AMG Team Incorporated and SKORDLE Advertising. Both are unique firms that deliver its clients revenue enhancement through the combination of decision science, cutting-edge digital marketing leadgen, traditional advertising, and business automation services.The principles and skills I learn throughout my life are at the heart of our culture.
