Drive deployment and adoption of remote service offering.

Oversaw team of 12 field service engineers covering Wisconsin and Minnesota. Responsible for meeting service delivery objectives as well as revenue growth targets for the service territory.

Responsible for managing the service contract lifecycle and driving incremental growth of the North America service business by driving service agreement sales and renewals. Responsible for a team of 12 including an Inside Sales team, which is the outbound contract renewal and sales team, and the Contract Administration team, responsible for owning the management, processing and payment of service agreements.

Responsible for overseeing all back-office functions of the business, including technology, web development, finance, customer service, business operations, vendor relationships and human resources. Evaluates acquisition opportunities and manages the due diligence process, followed by the complete transition should an acquisition occur.

Managed Lobbyists.info and US Congress Handbook product lines. Responsible for all web development for these subscription websites, including overseeing a complete overhaul of the website structure. Managed a ground-breaking project to connect lobbyists to the legislation they are responsible for, a first in the industry. Also chiefly responsible for sales for both products, and was responsible for substantial growth of the custom directory business in the US Congress Handbook division.
