About Eric Werdin
I love helping people. It's really what my job comes down to. My clients typically are owners/operators/accountants in the oil and gas industry in small-medium sized businesses (even micro businesses) who are looking for a better way to automate and run their businesses. Maybe it stems from my scientific research background days, but I see solutions everywhere. It just involves asking the right, and enough, questions to find the best solutions. I specialize in the upstream side of oil and gas software. My clients use us when they need a better solution to automate their backend offices, track expenses, manage complicated joint ventures and pay out thousands of royalty owners each time they run a distribution. One of my favorite things about the oil and gas industry is how connected everyone is. Move over six degrees of Kevin Bacon. It's more like three degrees in this world. We used to be the best kept secret in the industry for far too long, but now word is spreading like wildfire. So many of the people in this part of the oil and gas industry are running tight-knit small businesses, that have been in the family for a long time. I love that part. I love finding out how they got started, where they've built it to and what they're looking for in this new wave of technology entering the industry at last.
