I work in the second line Application Management Team providing technical expertise to exchanges and their members using NASDAQ products and service operation for trading, clearing and market information dissemination. Our team operates 24/7 and resolves time critical and advanced customer issues.As an Incident Manager I have to deal with major incidents for all our exchanges that we provide support to and for all exchanges around the world that have bought our software. Making sure to resolve all issues that might arise as soon as possible in order to minimize any possible client impact.
