• Automated productivity reporting for the Broker\Dealer Services department. • Assisted on multiple enhancements to reporting capabilities, serving as a liaison between Broker\Dealer Services and IT. • Aided in the development of Balanced Scorecard reporting for AIM Fund Services, a mutual fund company. • Eliminated or automated multiple tedious business processes, saving the small department at least 750 hours a year. • Migrated departmental reporting infrastructure when the transfer agency system of record software was upgraded. • Corrected back-end sales fee calculations after AIM purchased GT Global.
