Leading a team of designers, engineers, and strategists to unify the user experience across in-house, partner, and third-party applications running on the Cisco Observability Platform.Spearheading the transition to a new Cisco design system.Developed a prototyping platform to accelerate prototype generation for user testing and proof-of-concept generation.

Led an international team of UX designers, design technologists, information developers, user researchers, and content designers with the purpose of building the leading full-stack observability platform in the market. I took on progressively more responsibilities and larger organizations, eventually leading the entire 40+ people strong Design & Experience organization.

- Leading and growing a team of design technologists, UX designers, and prototypers, supporting Product Design, Product Management, UI Engineering, and User Research with tools, plugins, guidelines, prototypes and an in-house built design system.- Improved product design efficiency by 10x through tools, systems and processes. Generated designs and prototypes for the common home experience and UI Shell of Oracle’s new Simplified UI.

- Lead UX role for Enterprise Project Portfolio Management software driving design and usability efforts for desktop and mobile platforms.- Lead UX role for Governance, Risk and Compliance software suite. Modernized and improved user experience for all key flows of one of Oracle's top revenue generating applications.- UX designer and architect for enterprise-wide UX standards and patterns. - Principal designer for corporate business application suite relating to Governance, Risk, and Compliance. Achieved 30% year over year revenue growth by redesigning acquired product to integrate with Oracle’s suite of applications.- Significantly improved usability of various products by conducting user research and evaluating the software with users, and providing wireframes for redesign.
