I also believe that “Succes is not final, and failure not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts (quote Winston Churchill). Therefore, I am dedicated to encourage the courage of my students.I am also an experienced sociologist and policy consultant, and contributed to the prevention of juvenile delinquency and care for youth and the encouragement of Restorative Justice Programmes within Europe. I am still involved in the encouragement of restorative justice and restorative practices, for example teaching students about alternative dispute resolution and restorative justice.Besides I am a NLP practitioner, experienced in human communication, development and change.My vision on education:‘When educating the minds of our students, we must not forget to educate their hearts'‘The function of education is to teach one tot think intensively and to think critically. I am also ambitious and eager to learn and I want to challenge students to learn independently things. I also want to convey my curiosity on my students.
