Hello, I'm Eric Williams, a graduate from Florida State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance. I now work for Voya Investment Management in Atlanta, with experience across various facets of the business including new loan originations, workouts, modifications, REO management, and reporting across various property types. Previously, I served as a Land Acquisitions Intern for Neal Communities, where I analyzed the feasibility of developing residential subdivisions, conducted market analysis, and assisted in the land entitlement and due diligence process.
