Performed structural analysis of composite/metallic aircraft seat shells using NASTRAN and FEMAP. Evaluated mechanical designs using CATIA. Created analysis reports with classical hand calculations. Calculated stress, normal modes, buckling. Utilizing knowledge of structural requirements, analysis techniques, testing methods, and documentation procedures and apply to structural evaluation of aircraft interior products to ensure compliance to applicable FAA/EASA requirements.

Analyzed missile structural design change from composite to aluminum components using finite element (FEA) and classical analysis methods (hand method). Responsibilities included design trade studies to identify optimum solutions, structural system integration, requirement definition, detailed design, performance analysis, and development planning.
