At Carnot Engineers, we have steadily grown, leveraging my 30 years of experience and 2 talented engineers with sharp young minds. Engineering and project management in a wide field, including mechanical, processing, safety, water, product development and manufacturing engineering. Some milestones: Feasibility studies, design and project management in dairy – Nutritional’s, Casein, UHT, Butter; Manufacturing. Leading a 2.5 year R&D project at Waitako Milking, receiving the 2023 Fielddays Innovation award; Commissioning water treatment; Developing safety program (HAZOP & MHF) for Hydrogen peroxide plant. Utilities – decarbonisation projects. We are professional in what we do and have a 5-star H&S rating as audited by IMPAC.GM @ VertexIn 2017, I dipped my toes into a contracting company – and kicked off a deliberate program to expand the mechanical and process business, developing teams and capabilities, delivering projects in the Dairy, Water and Wastewater industries. Flag ship project during this time was the new 20M milk treatment plant at Hokitika, my role was Project Director. In Nov 2018 we were recognised at the Deloitte Fast 50 as the fastest growing manufacturing business in NZ.
