Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school. Ensures the classical mission and high academic standards of the school are met through oversight, chairing the Curriculum Committee, research, and other methods. Works closely with teachers in monitoring the curriculum implementation in the classroom and encouraging continuous teacher education and improvement. Responsible for mentoring and shepherding students' interaction while partnering with parents on student issues.

I exercise project management, logistics management, and operations management functions as the senior logistics operations officer for the Army's biggest Military Intelligence Brigade. It is my responsibility to support more than 1,700 personnel for three battalions and one squadron located across 35 sites. I perform logistics and operations management, requiring flexibility and resourcefulness to accommodate short notice, changing requirements, and changes in priorities and objectives. I executed policy, budget, and oversight of maintenance, transportation, logistics plans, logistics readiness and supply chain management.

I was trained in the art and science of planning, coordinating and executing logistical support and supply chain management in both operational and strategic environments.

As Commander of the most prestigious support company in the brigade, I contributed to the streamlining of processes to document military equipment, resulting in greater accuracy in reporting inventory during the movement of tactical units. This required planning, coordination, and execution of often complex transportation missions, particular in supporting retrograde and transition operations in Afghanistan. I promoted efficiency and enhanced team performance by providing training for new recruits that focused on client relationship management and military protocol. I also helped to boost morale by volunteering to assist in presenting programs, services and entertainment activities to troops through involvement with the United Service Organizations (USO) I also safeguarded troops under my command during the navigation of dangerous missions in highly-volatile areas, and provided instruction on First Aid and emergency protocol response.

I was given the responsibility to analyze the impact of logistical requirements on the execution of operations. I have been resourceful in revamping the tracking of requirements during multiple Field Training Exercises of tactical units, and strategically planning actions required to expedite requirements to supply, maintain, support, and service assets required for 3500 personnel brigade.

I exercised a project management approach to logistics operations by developing scopes of work to meet logistical requirements, and spearheading a forwarder processes to ensure accurate, timely availability of acquired materials under wartime conditions. As focal point and primary point of contact, I have been able to address issues and responses to problems causing delay, creatively adapting by allocating required resources, mapping route changes, and implement other processes to ensure timely movement and transport.
