Conduct staff training and performance evaluations in areas of quality, technology, and standard procedures.Ensure compliance to ISO 17025 (requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories).Produce and Maintain official Quality Management System (QMS) including Quality Manual, Operating Procedures and Policy documents.Ensure compliance to Quality Manual, Operating Procedures and Policies.Maintain formal accreditation with National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP).Facilitate audits from internal (Alion) and external agencies (NVLAP, UL, City of LA, etc.).Prepare non-conformity reports and root cause analysis for any findings of lab deficiency.Oversee NIST traceable calibration of all measurement equipment.Oversee all RAL acoustical testing procedures; provide technical or labor support as necessary.Maintain computer and network assets, electronic data security and backup procedures.
