Eric Wolfram serves as the Program Manager, Technical Manager, and Quality Manager for the iconic Riverbank Acoustical Laboratories.Primary Areas of Responsibility:Oversee day to day operations.Track laboratory budget and ensure financial viability.Plan and execute business marketing strategies including advertising and promotional publications.Provide point of contact for customers before and after testing.Develop pricing strategy for laboratory test procedures.Produce fee quotations for client test projects.Prepare official test report documents. Conduct staff training and performance evaluations in areas of quality, technology, and standard procedures.Ensure compliance to ISO 17025 (requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories).Produce and Maintain official Quality Management System (QMS) including Quality Manual, Operating Procedures and Policy documents.Ensure compliance to Quality Manual, Operating Procedures and Policies.Maintain formal accreditation with National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP).Facilitate audits from internal (Alion) and external agencies (NVLAP, UL, City of LA, etc.).Prepare non-conformity reports and root cause analysis for any findings of lab deficiency.Oversee NIST traceable calibration of all measurement equipment.Oversee all RAL acoustical testing procedures; provide technical or labor support as necessary.Maintain computer and network assets, electronic data security and backup procedures.

Responsibilities included:* Oversee acoustical testing services for architectural, environmental, and noise control applications* Provide on-site acoustical testing, evaluation, and consultation for clients nationwide* Interface with owners, architects, and contractors to address specific project issues* Perform scientific research as necessary and ensure compliance with appropriate ISO, ASTM, IEC, and industry standards* Perform advanced acoustical modeling analysis and create auralizations (EASE, AURA, EARS)* Operate and maintain acoustical testing equipment (including an EASERA TDS platform)* Develop detailed acoustical reports, testing result charts, AutoCAD drawings, excel applications, and other technical documents* Manage and maintain company IT and network assets
