● Oversee or coordinate programming and problem resolution by System Programmers on multiple computer platforms for the primary classroom product with over 1 million users● Develop custom solution for multiple division in C#, PHP, VB, XSL and Shell Scripts to solve issues or improve processes company wide● Hold a lead position in decision making for new back-end hardware, software and application feature implementation● Responsible for primary site bug and issue resolution with a team of developers as their point of contact to prioritize and designate issues● Verify Subject Area content followed guidelines for including into the site program assets● Develop tools needed to assist in the migration of content from retired system to the new system in development with constant changes needing to be made as the development progress and as the content from each department varied and had to conform● Analyze analytics and generate reports to discuss during meeting

● Maintain on-going development on long term projects in a variety of languages and hosting environments● Present recommendations and plans for new development projects to clients and team ● Monitor all company and client websites and produce status reports using analytics and server logs● Create and maintain a company back up system for all company files ● Comply with all elements of the Quality Policy and use the Quality System, including ISO procedures, corrective and preventative actions and best practices to achieve continuous process improvements● Foster a continually growing relationship between Baublitz Advertising and The Wolf Organization's IT Department acting as intermediary● Responsible for solutions of technical problems both in-house and for clients to ensure the productivity of websites and web-based programs
