• Drafter of Option Confirmations– Analyzed 10-15 Complex Option trades on a daily basis, by comparing what is booked in the trading system to the sales ticket generated by the front office and transform the information into a Legal Confirmation between the Bank and the Counterparty for their review and sign off. Accuracy level was over 90% on first draft.• Prepared P/L MTM reports for clients on daily (10), monthly (30) and quarterly basis (40).• Resolved trade discrepancies for all trades settling through Global Netting System (CLS) with daily contact with traders and clients to eliminate 100% of any currency discrepancies before settlement.• Created macros to fund currency accounts that saved 30 minutes each day, eliminated 100% errors and the need to manually write tickets to be processed.• Reconciled 10-15 foreign currency accounts to ensure receipt and payment of funds.
