Dr. Eric W. RIDDICK currently serves as a Research Entomologist with the Agricultural Research Service, USDA, USA. His research focuses on:(1) producing biological agents (predators, and parasitoids) to manage insect pest populations in agricultural landscapes; and (2) utilizing secondary metabolites, i.e., phenolics (e.g., flavonoids) originating from crop and non-crop plants as stimulants, attractants, deterrents, repellents, and less-toxic insecticides.Dr. Riddick has published more than 100 scientific articles and presented his research at national (US) and international conferences. He has research collaborators in US government, US and foreign universities, and related institutions.
