Secure the availability and optimum allocation of purchasing resources in ContTech China (personnel planning and allocation, budget development and control); 3. Coordination of the negotiation and implementation of supply contracts for all ContiTech plants (incl. RFQ, benchmarking, negotiations, supply/purchase schedule agreements, monitoring of supply,. Claim handling); 4. Implementation and further development of new supply sources to optimize price, quality and service (incl. interface coordination of techn.
