LuckyVitamin consisted of a brick-and-mortar retail store, a warehouse/distribution center and a corporate headquarters. I was the entire HR Department for all three divisions.As the only employee in the Human Resources Department, I was responsible for all stages of the employee life cycle from recruiting and onboarding of employees to new hire orientations, benefits administration, leave administration and termination processing.Recruiting consisted of the sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding of new employees. I conducted the new hire orientation and ensured the employee was fully transitioned into our work environment.I handled all the benefits administration for the company as well from open enrollment to ongoing enrollment processing. I conducted all the open enrollment meetings annually for each employee and provided guidance during the year in cases of issues pertaining to claims and benefits.For employee relations, I maintained an open-door policy for employees to be able to speak with me at their need and when necessary, processed all unemployment and EEOC claims appropriately, timely and completely.I was also responsible for all payroll related responsibilities including processing a bi-weekly payroll and reports for the company CFO.

Marshall, Dennehey is one of the East Coast's largest strictly defense oriented Law Firms specializing in insurance defense. As a member of a 4 team HR Department, I was responsible for the benefits administration for all employees which encompasses 18 offices in 6 different states. I administered New Employee Orientations for new hires of the Corporate Office, and prepared new hire packets for remote offices. I was an integral part of the annual Open Enrollment processing and responsible for all on-going enrollments and invoice reconcilliation.

I was the Human Resources Generalist at Burgoyne, Inc. Burgoyne consisted of a corporate headquarters (office environment) and a warehouse/distribution center. I was responsible for the entire HR functions of the company from onboarding to termination processing. I was responsible for payroll, benefits, employee relations, etc. Had to know everything because I was the only person in the entire department!
