Created Linux Application testing team, responsible for the function and performance testing of Storage Cluster and Bigdate Cluster and testing tools development.

1. Lead a team of 4 members and is responsible for:  Estimating the testing period for test task Estimating the testing period for test task Make the plan and control testing process Review testing code and defect which committed by other tester. Communicate with other teams to ensure the successful execution of testing. 2. Develop test frameworks and automation test cases with Shell.3. Define test progress and keep improving the progress.4. Develop and maintain test framework with other team members.5. Design automatic test cases for CGL features and userspace packages.6. Design and set up Linux test environment for networking related test case.7. Benchmark test Design and execute L3 Forwarding test with Test Center. Design and execute L4 network test with netperf. IPsec compliance test with IXIA ANVL. Design and execute other benchmark test: Denial of Service (DoS), Application failure, kernel boot time, Resource exhaustion8. Set IPv6 and test it with TAHI, to ensure the product can get IPv6 ready logo.9. Responsible for LSB test and result analysis.10. Responsible for EAL4 test, knowledgeable about SELinux and Grsecurity.

Responsible for WRLinux networking test, including the design, development and execution of testing cases, analysis of test result and submission of bugs.1. Set Linux network test environment (such as NFS, FTP, IPv4, IPv6).2. Familiar with CGL standard; develop test cases for every CGL P1 features, and form test suite with Shell script.3. Responsible for EAL4 test, knowledgeable about SELinux and GRsecurity. 4. Responsible for LSB test and result analysis.5. Set IPv6 and test it with TAHI, develop simple IPv6 test script.6. Write Shell script to for auto test.7. Familiar with Linux fast reboot and dump capture kernel.

Mainly responsible for Linux system architecture customization, building and customization of storage management system base layer operating system and other Linux-relating tech support.1. Have a good command of Windows, Linux systems.2. Skilled in using LFS, BLFS, Busybox etc. to build Linux system and make live CD.3. Skilled in writing Shell scripts 4. Skilled in Linux kernel configuration.5. Familiar with RHEL5 install disc catalogue and the customization of Linux edition based on RHEL5.6. Familiar with storage R&D knowledge (NAS, SAN). 7.Have studied the application in storage of SUN Solaris system (iscsi，ZFS system).8. Testing task (using IOmeter and IOzone to test performance).9. Requirement analysis of storage R&D item.
