Exygy is a digital innovation studio on a mission to build resilient and healthy communities. Eric leads Exygy’s health sector by developing industry insights, building a network of experts, and leading our account management practice for our clients in the health sector.

Eric has partnered with organization across the globe to lead their product direction and implementation. He has worked with state and city agencies, healthcare organizations, foundations and non profits. He specializes in leading a range of services from agile coaching to product strategy and software delivery.

Eric is experienced in leading complex end-to-end web and mobile system implementation programs for a variety of clients worldwide. He has an emphasis on next-gen agile delivery transformations, driving business architecture designs, and UX-driven software implementation.He has also coached numerous clients in adopting the Scaled Agile Framework and Scrum methodology for collocated and distributed teams across U.S., India, Hong Kong, Beijing and Manila.His roles have included program managing enterprise-wide solution to manage customer entitlements for a major technology company, project managing the development of a mobile application for a premier airline company, and serving as the product owner for a high profile business-to-consumer application for a major media and entertainment company.

Eric organized a nonprofit that works to assess needs of underprivileged communities and recruit relevant expertise to direct the development initiatives with the beneficiaries. He led a team in building a non-profit network that enables collaboration among service organizations in an effort to develop underprivileged communities more efficiently. He initiated and oversaw seven development projects in a community of 48 people in El Salvador over the span of two years. These projects include organizing a community governance, setting up a day care, providing occupational coaching, establishing a sewing business, constructing homes, building a community playground, and urban planning.

Eric served as an engineer consultant in the development and design of HVAC systems based on desired heat flow, cost restrictions, environmental effects, and structural design. He reviewed alternative methods of design systems that utilize natural resources and performed LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) calculations for a number of projects.
