In this role, I conduct individual and small group tutoring sessions, creating tailored materials and exercises to meet the specific needs of each student. I actively participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continuously improve my tutoring skills. Additionally, I assist with various tasks as assigned by the Learning Center staff, contributing to the overall success of the center's educational programs.

I successfully launched and managed a study abroad program, overseeing all aspects of its execution, from recruitment and admissions to student support. I designed and implemented comprehensive recruitment strategies that improved conversion rates and met enrollment targets, while providing tailored consultation services to help clients achieve their higher education goals. My role involved developing and executing marketing initiatives such as presentations, events, and direct outreach to generate interest, as well as building partnerships with international universities to drive business growth. Additionally, I produced regular performance reports to identify trends and continuously refine recruitment strategies.

I led a team responsible for student recruitment and marketing for university and college programs mainly in the United States, building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients and educational partners through personalized counseling and program recommendations. I organized recruitment events, including college fairs, and information sessions, to enhance market presence, while also designing targeted recruitment materials and campaigns that successfully increased market share.
