Leading the Strategy and User Experience teams at K2, I engage with clients in the retail, financial, energy and telecom space to develop digital marketing, business operations and IT strategies. My activities include:Working with C-level executives and business stakeholders to define business objectives that can be translated into tactical operational, functional and technical requirements with measurable success criteria Operations design and business process re-engineering for supply chain, manufacturing, retail and financial centric practicesBridging gaps between business and technical entities in enterprise application configuration and deployment including software in the ERP, CMS, CRM and E-Commerce spacesAudience engagement, reputation management and brand development through creation and integration of websites, mobile applications, eCRM and loyalty programsCreation of methodology for employee engagement and productivity enhancement via local and global intranet designFormation of user first strategies in UI design and information architecture, supported by data driven collection methods in user interviews, surveys, focus groups, usability testing and prototype development
