This position was held concurrently with the Associate Executive Director -Business Development position. Cosmoprof North America is a joint venture between the Professional Beauty Association and the BolognaFiera, an Italian trade show management company. Show Director from day one on this 17-year-old trade show and conference for the professional and retail beauty industry. Increased overall exhibitor participation and attendee growth, while improving the bottom line for 17 straight years straight. Managed the Events and Sales Departments along with direct involvement in the Marketing and PR of the show. Leaving this company in the best possible condition with over 1,400 exhibiting companies and 40,000 attendees and exhibitors from over 105 countries. This four-day Las Vegas-based tradeshow and conference was named to the TSE Top 200 Trade Show list for over 5 years.
