CurrentResponsible for all marketing, communications and online sales at GoBoat in Denmark, Germany, Italy and the US. Together with my team, we execute the day to day commercial activities (digital marketing, print, earned, owned, paid, sales, customer services etc) as well as branding - all based on the strategy we have created. Results 2023We introduced an updated brand design online and offline. We grew on all digital marketing KPIs and our revenue YoY in key markets grew by 10% despite two of the three summer months having disappointing weather. We opened in the US.Results 2022Into Q2 we were able to move on from the pandemic. With our improved fundamentals and partnerships, we grew 33% in key markets. We opened in Aarhus and grew Berlin significantly. We introduced a new cancelation policy and a cancelation warranty minimizing our refunds by 10% despite the big revenue increase. Results 2021With the lockdowns still being in place, we focused on improving our fundamentals and structure which proved to be successful growing our revenue about 11% in key markets as well as opening new locations in Berlin and Odense. Results 2020As everything closed down due to Covid19, our main focus was to ensure our guests felt safe sailing. I developed the idea of a loyalty Club, GoBoat Plus to give our local users more benefits since no tourists would visit. Even though revenue obviously fell, we still managed to turn a (small) profit.
