Spaciety is open table for spas and salons. The average spa operates at below 50% occupancy, and unlike grocery stores, their inventory "expires" every hour. Spas always have exploding inventory and when it expires, it is worth zero to the spa. Most of them do not have their inventory online and Spaciety was a way to help them maximize revenue while helping spa goers by giving them a centralized place to book massages and appointments, and often at a discount.

Centered specifically around making the lease signing happen online. Ultimately we broke down the process from the moment when a person decides "I need a new apartment" until they're standing inside their new apartment with all their new furniture into discrete steps, and tried to make assessments about which components were the easiest to tackle.
