I love technology and I love to see people change into the best version of themselves. This can only happen when1. Technology feels like magic,2. Change frees the human soul,3. Growing up in a communist society with order but a defined future without vision, I have an appreciation and hunger for change that modernizes the way we do things. That yearning for progress and growth is what drives my daily work and purpose. In the past 25 years, I have dedicated my time to learning and promoting change. 1. Learning never ends. 2. Change never stops. In my professional career, I have focused on payments technology, working with community bankers, technical leaders, and technology companies to bring to fruition new products and better solutions for all stakeholders. Some of my contributions have been:1. Increase the use of debit card programs through education and consultations within community banks by bringing the product penetration at CSI from the low 60% to over 90% in a matter of 5 years. 2. Introduce, implement, grow and enhance instant use of debit cards to over 400 financial institutions through Card@Once. This product was designed to feel like magic in a world of complex technical requirements and high PCI security requirements. 3. Lead in certification of new plastics technology through the adaptation and implementation of EMV chip technology to over 400 community banks in the US, including contactless certifications with both Visa and Mastercard. In my most recent experience, leading teams to handle implementation of a full suite implementation of the CSI payments products, we have onboarded one hundred new financial institutions over the last four years. This experience has given me new opportunities to refine my project management and team leadership skills. In the end, it all comes down to following your passions. My passion remains for learning and growth. I work through people, by showing them the way, making them excited about the path they’re on and energizing their efforts to accomplish that common goal. Life is not about one person, it’s about all of us growing together in this limited time we share.
