The primary focus has been IT Infrastructure/Cloud Lead with some key roles listed below:Server/Application Migrations - Worked with business and technical contacts to plan and coordinate migration. This included various infrastructure towers to manage delivery/execution of requirements - (Network, Security, Server, and End User Computing). The largest migration was over 4000 servers where I managed the team of 30 doing the migration execution.AWS Architect - Worked with the architecture and security teams to develop the architecture and security framework for AWS deployment. This was developed to be their standard for deploying to AWS. Omni Channel Program Architect- Reviewed existing architecture and developed new integration architecture to support omni-channel program. This incorporated several capabilities including Campaign, Loyalty, Analytics/Data store, payments, web and mobile applications, Evaluated proposed capabilities against existing Digital design. Worked with internal resources to develop and integrate capabilities Private Cloud Solution - Developed solutions around FlexPod (NetApp, Cisco, VMware) Private Cloud architecture. The primary solutions were targeted at SAP and IaaS. The solutions were deployed across varied geographies and industries. Developed offshore support teams.
