As a Project Manager at Bonterra, I partner with education and civic based foundations to lead 30+ online fundraising campaigns per year, resulting in Giving Days that have collectively raised over $100 million in funding for higher-ed institutes, K-12 schools, and local communities. I own each project from goal setting to debrief, continuously drawing on analysis from past campaign performance to assist clients with improving their effectiveness at stewarding supporters for the purpose of increasing online donation volume.I also handle communication between clients and internal teams such as development, marketing, and customer success, responding to technical and non-technical questions in an effort to support product implementation during the campaigns. My core competencies include client onboarding, managing project budgets, Airtable, and other project management tools.
