I have a passion for software, leadership and personal development. After several years of handling software integration, update releases and software settings for the buses at VBC, I have moved to a more leading role. This has allowed me to learn more about the complete delivery from my team, increasing my knowledge for diagnostics and vehicle data handling. For me, the team always comes first. There has to be a working foundation where everyone feels respected, trusted and safe, so everyone can bring forth their ideas for discussion. When all ideas are shared and debated, that's when you reach the best conclusions. Unclear processes, roles and responsibilities always hinders improvement and causes disturbances when you least need them. There also have to be room for personal development and increased responsibilities, we have to be challenged and learn something new to stay ahead of the curve.
