With over 25 years in Emergency Services, he heads the Sutter Roseville Emergency Management Program, chairs the county Emergency Medical Control Committee and has written and designed programs, policies and procedures used throughout Sutter Health and the local EMS Agency. For 10 years, he served as the EMS, Trauma and Emergency Management Program Manager for Rideout Health before assuming his role with Sutter Health Emergency Management. In addition, authored sections on hospital Active Shooter/Assailant Response, Emergency Management for two books published by Springer publishing.
