Mr. Avital has over 20 years of experience in the industry serving at various positions. Mr. Avital gained extensive multidisciplinary project design & management experience in commercial, microelectronics, pharmaceutical and thermal solar within large scale projects throughout the USA, Israel and China. Previously he was responsible for pharmaceutical plant design, development and construction in Israel & China. Mr. Avital has a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from California Polytechnic University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Virginia.

Managed operations activities for CSP projects both in Israel & China. Long term planing and mass production readiness. As VP of Operations, he was responsible for construction, procurement and contracting with main Chinese suppliers and subcontractors.

Project managment of Biopharmaceutical plant (Omrix) in Israel and erection of Insulin fabrication plant in China. Extensive experiance in Pharmaceutical and Microelectronics Cleanroom construction, HVAC and central utilities as well as project managment skills.
