Im currently employed as an IT technician consultant at Manpower Group Proservia. My taskshave been everything from a computer refresh at a hospital, with all the requierd installations of drivers and software for hospital machinery (EKG, X-ray and other) to AD migrations or just beeing a socialy skilled, helpful IT technician that can tackle all kinds of IT issues, with Manpowers internal employees as well as different clients.

My official title at COOR was Floor-manager / Conference-Room Technician, but as aconsultant. My first task was at Schibsteds (the biggest Swedish media group owning multiplenewspapers and other media channels) for about three months, until the opportunity came toget an fixed role at ManpowerGroup HQ in Stockholm (also thru COOR). My work tasksdiffered between basic janitorial tasks, to assisting Manpower personel with theirvideoconference systems, installing & connecting conference-room booking-screens (whichrequired to know how an office cross-link switch works) and basic IT support on their laptopsor smartphones because the standard It personel rarely was on site. A highlight was handlingand assisting a former Swedish politician which was brought in to talk in front of thecompany's most important clients as well as it being recorded, which ment being able tohandle a wireless microphone system connected to our internal speakersystem as well as thevideo conference system which live streamed the talk to all the Swedish branch offices.When my project at for COOR at the ManpowerGroup HQ came to an end i had a goodrelations with most of the ManpowerGroup managers and was yet again striving for a purely ITrole. Having proved my skills at the HQ landed me a role as an IT technician at ManpowerGroup Proservia.

I was contacted by the CEO of KA Webb & Tryck Stockholm AB, as well as a friend / formerprogrammer at the company who mentioned that the company was in need to become betterat communicating with their end customers and to maintain the relationships that were createdafter an order. In addition to above mentioned requirements, the person also had to haveknowledge of the hosting the world; domain, -mail and Website hosting (operation), a highgeneral IT knowledge, able to code in HTML and also to be able to handle an homepage basedon WordPress, which fitted right in to my profile.The company consisted of 11 people, 6 in the production, 4 in sales as well as our CEO.My work responsibilities where the company general IT responsibility in an completely Applestandardised environment (config, troubleshoot, purchasing, etc), which involves theconfiguration of the office network, supporting the latest smartphones, computers, e-mailclients - to something as simple as helping the sellers to install their e-mail accounts on theirsmartphones, and also supporting the end costumers on a Microsoft or Apple environment, aswell as the responsibility of the company's social media.
