The goal of this research project is to investigate whether the Ocean Grazer experimental wave tank can provide an adequate testing environment for future validation and testing experiments. The research is performed by developing a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) model of the wave tank in open-source CFD software OpenFOAM®. The model will serve to validate the properties of the waves in the wave tank and determine the spectrum of waves that can be generated. Additionally, the scaling effects for small scale waves are investigate with respect to full scale ocean waves.

Design Project developing a manifold for the controlling, monitoring and conditioning of hydrogen at pressures up to 1000 bar. The manifold is purposed for Resato's Full Size Station, a public hydrogen refuelling station for passenger cars, buses and trucks.

In this research project, the goal was to investigate the charge exchange interactions between energetic tin ions and molecular hydrogen. The purpose of this research was to investigate the feasibility of a protective gas cloud of hydrogen in order to preserve the molybdenum mirrors used for focusing highly energetic extreme ultraviolet (EUV) light (wavelength = 13.5nm) for computer chip creation. The research consisted of preparing and developing the experimental setup to investigate the fragmentation of hydrogen as a result of the charge exchange interactions with the tin ions.
