Erik has extensive experience in mergers, especially within sectors such as food, agriculture, energy, retail and industry. He is a highly experienced competition and procurement litigator. His special expertise includes appeal cases concerning decisions made by the competition authorities, and actions in damages for competition law violations. Erik has conducted several landmark cases before the Danish Competition Council and the Danish Competition Appeals Tribunal, and he has also handled criminal competition cases.Erik delivers solution-oriented advice based on his extensive knowledge of Danish and international law, the practices and processes of the competition authorities, as well as litigation before the Danish and EU courts.
