CurrentAt Moxe Health, I solve many different hardware and software issues that arise daily and thoroughly document the process. I enjoy ensuring full support until the customer is satisfied with the resolution.Another part of the job includes leveraging the combination of Microsoft Intune and Automox to package, install and uninstall apps, create and push PowerShell scripts, manage patch cycles, enforce device compliance, and create new policy based on company need. Finally, I perform various in-house maintenance tasks such as allocating new devices and assisting with onboarding, keeping technology related inventory records up to date, and appropriately disposing of end-of-life devices.
