Current

Madison, Wisconsin, United States

At Moxe Health, I solve many different hardware and software issues that arise daily and thoroughly document the process. I enjoy ensuring full support until the customer is satisfied with the resolution.Another part of the job includes leveraging the combination of Microsoft Intune and Automox to package, install and uninstall apps, create and push PowerShell scripts, manage patch cycles, enforce device compliance, and create new policy based on company need. Finally, I perform various in-house maintenance tasks such as allocating new devices and assisting with onboarding, keeping technology related inventory records up to date, and appropriately disposing of end-of-life devices.

Kitchen Manager & Bartender

Madison, Wisconsin, United States

I started at Vintage as a line cook and quickly learned how to cook in a restaurant setting and prepare various sauces, dips, and other items needed on the line. I also learned how to operate the grills and fryers while assembling dishes in a timely and neat manner. After working in the kitchen for 6 months, I began working as both a server and cook. As a server, I promote daily specials to tables and remain attentive to customer needs. Other responsibilities include opening the indoor and outdoor sections and preparing the server station for the next day's opening shift. In 2023, I added bartending to my list of roles at The Vintage. My duties include operating as the sole bartender and manager on duty on slower weeknights, and with another bartender on busy weekends. I enjoy learning how to make our seasonally rotating selection of cocktails while also keeping knowledge of our vast draft, bottle and can, spirits, and wine menu. A top priority as a bartender at The Vintage is constantly monitoring patron behavior to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.In 2024, I accepted the role of Kitchen Manager at The Vintage. My duties include accurately estimating demand every week given historical trends in business. I am responsible for placing all food and non-food supply orders with multiple different vendors while being sure to monitor vendor price and quality standards. I enjoy creating daily prep lists for kitchen employees to ensure consistency in stock and quality based on demand and daily specials. Another necessary function of my role includes collaborating with the general manager on staff schedules, disciplinary actions, raises, hiring, firing, and general restaurant and bar needs.

Client Technician Intern

Monroe, Wisconsin, United States

As an intern for SC Data Center, a division of Colony Brands, I enjoyed working on the Employee Experience Team. Some of my daily tasks included troubleshooting general incidents and resolving requests such as software installs, file permissions, and hardware and software malfunctions. One of my projects was assisting the team in completing the quarter two end of lease swaps. I imaged new laptops, then installed programs from the user's current device, and finally, ran a Powershell script to transfer registry keys, Windows customizations and other various files and settings. My other project was to improve the existing Powershell swap script by adding a GUI interface and options to transfer more app specific data and other settings to provide the user with a smooth transition. I also took a trip to Ohio to assist with the shutdown of Amerimark facilities after Colony Brands had acquired them. During the trip, we worked on shutting down the server rooms, removing all technological equipment from the facilities. Some tools I became familiar with on the job included Cherwell, Bomgar, Azure, Active Directory, Configuration Manager, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Powershell, Power BI, and Snow.

Cashier & Receiving Associate

Elm Grove, Wisconsin, United States

I got originally got hired at Ace to be a cashier and run the customer service counter. I handled purchases, returns, rentals, complaints, and corrections to POS transactions. Wanting to expand my role within the company, I began working in the receiving department. I became forklift certified and unloaded multiple trucks a day and kept the yard stocked. Working in receiving also required me to check in orders daily and make deliveries to customer' homes. I enjoyed working this role part time during the school year, and continued to work full-time in the summers.
