Over the past 12+ years at Scania, I have held various roles, from Logistics Engineer to Head of Logistics Center Engineering. My journey includes:- Engineer 3 to Engineer 1: Led projects for new warehouses, designed internal layouts, developed key logistics systems, processes, and strategies.- Product Owner for Global Warehouse Management System: Led software development vision, optimized processes, and introduced new warehouse solutions globally.- Group Leader for Front Office: Managed a team of 9, focusing on daily continuous improvement tasks, operational support, system maintenance, configuration, process design and standardization.- Head of Logistics Center Engineering: Currently overseeing Front Office, Back Office, and the Tooling & Equipment teams, with a focus on stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement through standardization and documentation.Driven to leverage my skills to build strong teams that work on making complex logistics processes understandable and efficient.
