Administered the center web site to keep the information, events and documents on it up to date. Training of new student assistants on the software applications we used as well as on the protocol to handle day to day inquiries and tasks. Assembled work stations in offices to be used by new personnel as well as sending in sanitation requests to dispose of outdated devices to preserve asset security. Pioneered new processes for performing data entry tasks to increase productivity by 50%. Show less
