As Associate Director R&D of the Techical Centre at Abbott Zwolle I am responsible for the development of nutritional powder and liquid concepts for the Nutritional market. The Technical Centre is responsible for the total development of the concepts including product, packaging and Sensory - flavouring and capable to scale in the product.

Responsible for Abbott Zwolle Design assurance team (15 FTE). Main responsibilities: plant product formulations management, New product introductions, Registration of Abbott Zwolle products at 70 affiliates, Supplier Quality for ingredients, packaging materials and consumables.

Responsible for the Zwolle plant Validation team (8 FTE). Daily validation management support and validation strategy of the new RPB4 line and processing expansion at the Zwolle plant.

responsible for the Zwolle compliance team (4 FTE). Responsible for Zwolle QMS, Management review, internal audit program and hosting corporate AQR audit and external audits like: ISO, Dutch MOH, China and Russia. Pest Control and the Abbott Zwolle Document Management System

Responsible for the Abbott nutrition Quality Excellence program at the Zwolle manufacturing site.

Responsible for New Product Introduction implementation, product recipe management including specification setting. QA design assurance support during manufacturing events at the Zwolle plant
