I am currently taking care of HitHorizons' frontend evolution and partners' plugin and application implementation. HitHorizons https://www.hithorizons.com/ was launched in 2019 – it is a platform connecting and analyzing data across several European countries and thus providing users with a more complete and complex picture of the market, individual companies and their evolution over time. The idea behind HitHorizons is rooted in our experience with building FinStat - a tool collecting, connecting, analyzing and visualizing data from various public sources in Slovakia with the goal of making that data more accessible and useful. Via FinStat we learned that users often need to be able to compare data across several countries and that connecting data sources across Europe could be more efficient and scalable than focusing on individual countries one-by-one. I joined FinStat back in 2016 and initially focused on evaluation and addition of new data sources and FinStat's frontend needs. Starting from 2019 I moved to our HitHorizons team.
