The product to be transferred is called InteliLight, a radar system to control the aviation light on turbines.From September 2018 DIS established a team of 20 resources to take over the whole business in Oslo, all activities from sales, siting, R&D, Service, operational, authorities to installation & commissioning of InteliLight systems.From September 2018 I was acting as Department Manager for the Oslo company.In 2018 the primary task was to gain as much knowledge as possible for the DIS Team to be able to run the InteliLight business before we did close the Oslo offices end 2018. It was also to describe and make a clear overview over the processes for the whole operation. Here after we did run the business at DIS and in parallel support Vestas in getting the InteliLight system transferred back into the Vestas Organization in Denmark, India and Porto.My responsibility after having moved the department back to Denmark was manly Aviation Authorities and Global sale of the product. My task was to make sure that the marked demand was implement in the product and coordinated the task for the different experts in our team.The tack handling the Aviation Authorities was manly to make sure that we die produced the right documentation to obtain the approval for the Authorities in the different country that Vestas are operating in. All contact to Authorities was also my responsibility.My tack was also to coordinate general information of importance between the different department in Vestas from Sales, Technical departments and steering group – all stakeholders.
