Duties: Deputy S2X, Counterintelligence (CI) Coordination Authority and Military Source Operations (MSO) manager for a 4500 personnel combat brigade during two combat operations to Iraq. - Developed a comprehensive S2X and HUMINT/CI standard operating procedure (SOP) guide to drive collections operations for the brigade. - Responsible for the technical training and professional development for the brigade's 60 CI and HUMINT personnel and technical control of 17 Human Intelligence (HUMINT) collection teams, a CI team and a multi-functional team consisting of 77 personnel during combat operations in Iraq. - Managed all MSO operations, initial CI investigations, CI force protection source operations, the Brigade's Intelligence Contingency Funds and over 2000 source dossiers through the Defense Source Management Database (DSOMS).

Duties: Senior CI Technician in the theater Task Force CI Coordinating Authority, CJ2X, Multi-National Forces-Iraq (MNF-I) /Multi National Corps-Iraq. - Created and staffed the CI force protection source operations umbrella concept for MNF-I campaign plan and helped create and implement the Source Operations Management Database (SOMDB) through out Iraq theater of operations. - Responsible for management of the theater source database for the C2X. Responsible for the management and oversight of the theater-wide human intelligence and CI local area source networks. - Provided source oversight and guidance to six Multi-national Divisions which consisted of 32 coalition nations and six national level organizations within MNF-I. - Coordinated, deconflicted and conducted liaison within MNF-I area of responsibility to facilitate source utilization to maximize collection opportunities and to minimize duplication of effort among 400 collection elements within theater.
