Complex MEP, Communications, and AV systems.- Worked on estimating budget, takeoffs, writing work scopes and contracts, interviewing subcontractors, running MEP coordination meetings, developing and updating schedule, tracking RFIs, reviewing all submittals, updating meeting minutes, tracking non-compliances and deficiencies, QA/QC and reviewing change orders, preparing close-out documentation, and using AutoCAD and REVIT to prepare drawings for submission and developing site logistic plans.
