Leading research and policy engagements that advance women’s social and economic well-being, particularly driving the development of engagements that seek to develop gender-inclusive digital ecosystems and promote women as economic agents in the digital economy. Responsible for building projects that capitalize on cross-country learnings within this space of work.

Taking a leading role in managing the portfolio of policy-engaged research work related to women's financial and digital inclusion, access to social protection, and more across South Asia and sub-Saharan Africa. Working to communicate study findings and build skills for evidence-based policymaking.

Responsible for strategic and programmatic management of the gender research portfolio of projects in South Asia and East Africa, conducted by Yale Inclusion Economics.

Working in an analytical and advisory capacity for the Liberia portfolio of projects in the Social Protection and Jobs Global Practice.

Worked on the USAID-funded GiveDirectly cash benchmarking evaluation, a 3,000-household RCT examining the impact of unconditional cash transfers to households in rural Liberia. Key areas of responsibility included: coordinating and collaborating with the partner and donor, designing and coding survey questionnaires, recruiting, training and managing survey teams, designing and supervising logistics for the field activities, cleaning and analyzing survey data, assisting in the writing of project reports and policy memos, liaising with key government and nongovernmental stakeholders, and developing and maintaining budgets for field activities.Additionally, I served as the country office’s technical influencer with the Global Research and Data Support team, conducting capacity-building trainings in STATA, SurveyCTO, Excel/VBA, and other programs for office staff and developing tools to be used across country offices. Through this, I also provided direct technical support to the World Bank Youth Opportunities Project impact evaluation, coding survey instruments, programming data quality checks, and assisting with data cleaning.

Established the viability of expanding commercial maize and poultry production across West Africa. Examined the use of vertical integration of smallholder farmers to maximize dissemination of conservation agriculture practices and uptake of inputs while emphasizing positive social impact to the farmer.

Worked as a teacher of an integrated science class of 95 students at Cheshegu D/A Junior High School encouraging project-based learning through use of a school garden curriculum. Outside the classroom, I served as an agricultural extension officer, connecting farmers with local resources and helping them to implement improved animal husbandry practices. As a side project, I developed an 8,000-word introductory Dagbani manual to be used as a language training material.

Completed research and analysis to support office staff, coordinated briefing books, prepared reports, helped to plan meetings and conferences with various delegations, covered meetings, hearings, and legislative markup sessions.
