Developed and published the Division Standing Operating Procedure for Air Mission Requests; responsible for the professional development and evaluation of one Non-Commissioned Officer and one junior Enlisted Soldier; provides mission analysis and resource tracking of Division rotary wing aviation assets.

Responsible for the tracking and tasking of a wide range of aviation and aviation support assets in a combined/joint-agency operations center during full spectrum combat operations.
