I am an experienced principle architect with over 20 years of development and technical expertise and 18 of that being in management. My professional career started as a programmer and developed into a management role. I am technically proficient and active in multiple technologies and I keep up new technology and concepts and proceed to a hands on level very quickly. I have over 15 years of development experience and have written code in 17 different languages. I have over 12 years of database development and data management experience in small to very large databases. I have worked with and led teams as well as developed basically every database platform and many appliances and Bigdata technologies. I am experienced with all facets of the development process, enterprise architecture and data management methodologies and I can sell the idea across IT and well as up the management chain and down into the departments that will be using the system.I have led teams up to one hundred and fifty people in multi-site/state organizations and have personally built three data management departments and re-organized two IT organizations. I have worked on multi-continent projects and managed multiple projects in the area of forty million dollars annual budget. I do have budgeting experience and gained experience in multiple verticals including the financial area while I worked as a consultant and practice area head of a very large consulting organization. I have an excellent presentation and management skills and enjoy mentoring my group in its entirety. I have been the technology lead on two acquisitions and mergers for multi-state organizations.
