Development of a new HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) program.-Created a new space for the equipment.-Created exercises for each 6 stations.-Created a budget for the entire training program.

-Everyone first of the month, attend the meetings on news and information on CSUB athletics.-Inform SAAC president with any issues that occurs within athletics.-Vote on events to attend for volunteering.-Inform the track team on all the news that is obtained from the meetings.

• Assess and measure 5th grade students on their BMIs using BodPod.• Measure skinfolds, height, and weight.• Monitor the students as they read and ride at the same time in the bike lab for 25 minutes.• Clean the bikes after each class leaves.• Input data from the bike lab into an excel file
