Health is something we all want to protect and improve, and it’s a tough reality that many people face conditions like Alzheimer’s, heart disease, or cancer, and struggle with lifestyle issues like sleep problems, high stress, and low energy. My work in personalized and longevity medicine is all about addressing these challenges and helping people live longer, healthier lives.My interest in health started early, back in high school, where I focused on fitness and personal training. Over the years, that passion grew, leading me to earn a nursing degree and work in the Neuro ICU at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Working alongside some of the top physicians in neurology was a valuable experience, but my interest started to shift toward prevention—finding ways to keep people healthy before serious issues arise.This led me to Wild Health in Lexington, Kentucky, where I became a health coach and cared for over 1,500 patients over four years. There, I worked closely with the CEO and CMO to create more efficient workflows and engaging health plans that really helped patients make meaningful lifestyle changes. I also dove into the latest science in personalized medicine and longevity, driven to bring these approaches to more people.Today, my work continues with the Healthy Longevity Clinic and Longevity Tech Fund, focusing on building clinics around the world to improve human health through practical, research-backed strategies.
