I am working as project manager for the procurement and implementation of a fully automated CSSD (Central Sterile Services Department) at the new hospital currently being built in Malmö, Sweden. The CSSD is planned to start services in 2026.

I am currently working with a team of experts designing the new hospital buildings in Malmö. Focus on logistics and automation of transports, AGV-systems and pneumatic tube systems.I also develop the logistics processes for the service organisation to maximise the benefits of the new opportunities of automated logistics flows.

Logistics manager at NKS (Nya Karolinska Solna, University Hospital).Responsible for planning and start-up of logistic FM-services within the hospital. This included developing and implementing processes from scratch including the supporting IT-system. It also included creating the delivery-organization and recruiting staff.The services aim to support the medical staff to ensure they can focus on the patients. NKS is the largest PPP-project in Sweden with a total investment of approx. 14.5 billion SEK.

Worked at the business development unit in the Depot Business Area.As a Business project manager I have been managing large investment projects including new infrastructure for railroad depots. The tasks range from planning and closing the deal to development and implementation of the projects. The investment projects range from approx 50 Million SEK to approx 1 Billion SEK. I gathered valuable experience regarding sales and execution of complex solutions.I was also responsible for the development of business models, establishing and maintaining customer relations.
