I was hired to try and do a makeover and turnaround of the brand.The path they had taken in distrubution was with a lot of mistakes. We needed to restart and focus on stronger retailers with brands that are well known and respected.The collection was not up to standard regarding quality and attention to details. Their target group of customers were getting old and we wanted to get the younger preppy customer a new brand, a brand not tainted by their fathers. We also had more focus on narrow fit which was a void. Black and grey brands were ruling Scandinavia and we wanted to change that. We were the odd one out at the Vision fashion fair in Copenhagen when we presented the first collection i februari 2004. We were no immediate success but people got interested. I was let in as partner in 2006 after some struggling years.It took us 5 years to be in a position were we were the front brand of major retailers in Scandinavia. We were consistent and true to our set up direction and it paid of.I was proud and happy to have proven everyone wrong when I left the company in 2014 with 23 employed and a fantastic customer base diverted from a young stylish 15 year old boy to an elegant gentleman of 65.
