- Effective revenue management for over 9200sqm of indoor and outdoor conference and events space.- Preparing and executing a weekly conference & banqueting forecast and presenting the overall results to the resort’s executive committee.- Establish the yearly conference and banqueting budget with the budget project team.- Provide and communicate clear selling strategies for conference and banqueting space and group guestrooms to the MICE / Group Sales department.

- Operating as the principal contact for all system users for training, troubleshooting and problem solving.- Create training plans for each system user in the resort and provide trainings for all new system users.- Monitor the input of all system users and provide further guidance whenever necessary to ensure revenues and company data are accessible accurately in the system- To prepare, customize and maintain sales, revenue and company reports required by the Strategic Business Units and corporate management

- Being a point of contact for all reservations associated processes and queries for both external and internal customers.- Handling all enquiries promptly, ensuring the customer receives a friendly, professional and efficient response that accurately meets their needs.- Selling guestrooms according to the selling strategies in place, upsell other related services and cross sell within the company’s sister properties.
